but to comment on prices of things or relative inflation, I'm in Burlingame and we have an Itaian restaurant we frequent now and then in town and this restaurant has raised it's entree prices by $8 per item over last summer.

Not sure when they made the price increase but I think the crazy real estate prices being paid around here are driving it as odd as that sounds.....

Near me, a neighbor sold in 2014 a Spanish style house, built in '40s for $1.3 mil, it was tore down to build a new house. The new house sold last summer for $4.3 mil, .75 mil above asking and they paid cash.............

Crazy stuff in my eyes

I guess it is just backwards in Wisconsin, but breakfast is free if you drink in the morning.

I don't go but once a year.
