Big KNY3 let us clarify the issues, then. Start with this one.You wrote:
"- the British Journal of Urology small study only utilized visual stimualtion and did even include coitus. As with males without ED, visual stimulation will be strictly optional with Viagra therapy.".

What does this mean BigK?Are you telling me or asking me?

Issue #2 BigK: 30-60 min of foreplay: Since stimulation is a NECCESSARY event for Viagra ( it is NOT for MUSE ), and since MEN are the ones who have to get BOTHERED to GET the pill and work at getting stimulated, then the following questions become important in the commercial success of Viagra :
-what percent of men in their studies require 30 min, 35, 40, 45, 50,
55 and 60 min to get stimulated?
-What is the drop out rate for men who take longer than 30 min to be
stimulated? (Men have historically been able to achieve orgasm
within 5-10 min of intercourse as opposed to 20-25 min for female (
Masters and Johnson data ).You are asking more physical/ mental
exertion than historically from males. I am not suggeating at all
that male historical time of 10 min to orgasm is good, leaving
female, often behind. I am just looking at old ingrained male habits
and asking:Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Remember very often
these men have lived for years with ED. Will they now work for 1/2
to 1 hour to get it? I am just asking.Your comment

"-Your 30-60 minute onset of action statement is correct. I
guess foreplay will be back in vogue ".
appears casual or joking or do you mean it? I fyou mean it then an important question for the commercial success of Viagra will be if foreplay went out of style , WHY, and , will Viagra be powerfull enough to berind it back?

The other issues we'll leave for other times since they pertain to other drugs and I don't want to muddle the issues too much.

PS I will try sometime in the future to post the Viagra original studies so people can read them and draw their own conclusions and thus avoid being " misinformed " by me.
