I have responded. You are so incapable of grasping the health care predicament.You are naively telling me that everyone gets to see a physician even if they cannot afford to see one or pay the premium. You are absolutely wrong. Physicians get to choose what insurance they want to take or whether they want to accept any insurance at all.

You don't get it. People drop dead because they cannot afford to get medical treatment and physicians don't give a shit. All most physicians care about is getting paid. No payola, no Heath care.
One of the main purposes of single payer is to lower the premiums so more people can afford health care. Health insurance is not healthcare.
