Ron: There is something I don't understand here. You seem to be saying that the sec won't accept old filings. If they accepted them the first time, why wouldn't they be acceptable the second? The numbers wouldn't change, it would just be fresh paper. al

Thank you for your DD in this matter, your information from NASD compliance indicates to me that their is a slim chance that the stock will trade Wednesday unless it is on the pink sheets. It is simply amazing to me that the shareholders here are willing to accept this from their management and that they continue to have faith in their ability to properly run this company.
