Glad your malware is fixed. My Dell is off Costco's 2 yr support warranty so I'd probably have to pay a Geek or by the hour over the phone or... just get a new one and be happy with a newer machine!

My biggest complaint is the Malware MSFT sends me (they call them "updates") that have really slowed my turn on. Also, I have a hybrid drive that seems to read really slowly compared to the past which might be part of the turn-on issues.... It used to snap on in a really short time but now it and two other machines (mine and my GF's laptops with W10) take longer to turn on too.
