Tim, the statistics show that unarmed people are more effective at stopping a shooter than armed ones. As we have seen in several cases, just having a gun doesn't mean that someone is able to engage an active shooter. The idea that we need more guns, when there is already more than one for every man, woman and child in the country, is really, really whacked.
