Prudent Management: Good point, blankmind. VVUS has been careful and methodical about not expanding plant capacity until they saw indication of substantial demand for the product. No reason to believe they'll be any less careful with their advertising dollars. What happened with that Consultant's lawsuit. If it went to trial December 9 (which I hope it didn't, too close to Christmas to try a "little guy" against the company case), the jury should be in. Might have been continued. GV, any idea who the plaintiff is? (Not you, I trust.)
