Mindmeld,
I've been reading a lot about the censorship through purge of conservative media on Youtube. Looks like the ultra liberal political ideology rampant at Google has turned to using their social media clout to censor political dialogue in violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution. Not good.
YouTube and Google can do what they want without violating the Constitution. It's their platform, they can censor it as they wish.

The only problem, however, is that by censoring content, they are only emboldening conservative voices all around the Internet. It's not like people can't go to different websites. Despite their immense popularity, it's not like YouTube and Google have a monopoly in their respective areas.

By the way, this should only underscore exactly how Silicon Valley wants to "change the world":

Facebook Employees Asked Mark Zuckerberg If They Should Try to Stop a Donald Trump Presidency

The right answer should have been a resounding "NO." Unfortunately, it's unlikely that Zuckerberg answered that way, especially given that the average age of FB employees is around 30. They're not likely to understand anything outside of "safe spaces."
