That's a good question. In order to work and file, you have to have a SSN. I wonder if so-called anchor babies are given SSN's the minute they are born in our hospitals. I'd guess the answer is yes because until that law is changed, they are citizens. It's a wonder this country has survived this long with the stupidity of our "immigration" laws that the libtards put in place. BTW: I just spent the last few hours working on my taxes. Have you been peeking in the window? :) California asks for a driver's license or an "ID" card to file electronically. That may be one reason that Commie-Brown gave them to illegals.

They TIN Taxpayer Identification Number. However what demonrats don't tell you is this. When they file their W4 they always claim the max exemptions allowed by law 10 so in essence pay no taxes because very little is withheld. The minuscule amount they pay is nothing compared to the massive amount they cost the taxpayers in welfare, snap, zero phones, free school lunches, English as a second language, school bus transportation, free public school, free community college, free college tuition, public housing, food stamps, WIC, taxpayer funded abortions, Medicaid, etc, etc. etc. G-n-G
