I hate to bring this up, but when the Reg-D was done, Brenda and Celeryroot both warned of the dire consequences this would bring and they were severely taken to task for their posts. Everyone..made them appear to be vindictive morons and here we are looking at the result...exactly what they had predicted would happen! I am surprised that we still have a stock to trade because what is going on here could bring SEC scrutiny for manipulations. Unless I miss my guess, both Brenda and Celeryroot took their complaints to authorities on higher levels and I don't mean the Board of Directors. What we need now, is for the Board to become pro-active and attempt to deal with these Reg-D people before the company is so impaired that no reputable analyst would ever look at it. I hope we will see a new CEO, a stronger Board presence and the end of manipulation of the stock sometime soon...before we don't have a stock to trade. As far as accumulation at this level, one needs a cast iron stomach because if this thing is going to go on as it has for the last month for the next 1 1/2 months, we're going to be explaining how we bought all this worthless stock to our heirs, then we can explain how all that good science went elsewhere, because of mismanagement and manipulation.
