Roach heads the newly created International Network Services U.K., Ltd. subsidiary for INS, focusing on business development, service delivery and recruiting efforts in the British market. Specifically, Roach will focus on building on INS' existing presence and service delivery in many global accounts through partnerships with leading vendors, telecommunications carriers and PTTs. Roach comes to INS most recently from his position as Managing Director at Peak Technologies, a leading supplier of communications software solutions to major retail organizations. From mid-1993 to early 1997, he also served as Managing Director at Alcatel Data Networks, U.K., Ltd., a systems integrator focusing on professional services offerings. Additionally, Roach has held senior management positions in the communications workplace, with sales and marketing directorships at Hutchison Telecommunications and General Datacomm and was also a member of the founding management team of Timeplex.
