Whitestone REIT (WSR) - a 50% add to shares in ROTH. Still room to add more to get to a full position. (this is my 2nd buy of this REIT)

Added a bit more WSR to my REIT basket. They pay a monthly div annualized at 10.8%. I think they have some excellent projects in TX planned but those may/could take 18 months to complete (in different phases). Stock sold off close to recent lows as company said FFO will be lower (no growth) until some of these projects have been completed.

Long term (just look past 18 months), it's a $14.00/share value Buy. It is also a play on Texas as most of their exposure is in/around Dallas.
