John:

SRGE update.

I assume you are still following SRGE and saw that it got as high as 2 3/32 today?? The stock did go down to 1 1/2 and has rebounded to the top of its trading range again. There was good volume on the stock today with some fairly large purchases moving the price. However, the stock price is near the top of its trading channel and I would be cautious at this point. If it gets much more above two and the volume begins to fall off, I would sell and wait for the stock to settle back to the bottom of its trading channel again (at about 1 1/2). It has been a good "rolling stock" in this range and yields about a 25% return if played in the trading range. If it breaks above 2 3/16 on LARGE VOLUME, I would keep close stop losses in place. Though the financial numbers seem to be improving, they still have a quarter or two of higher numbers before the share price begins to really improve in value. Of course, this is just my opinion.
