What's the usual timing before (restricted) Reg S can be sold? Is the minimun 6 months or is the time frame negotiated? $500,000 at about .02/share adds a possible 25MM shares to the float. Anyone remember the current share & float count? BTW - IMO if it doesn't get bought out, we'll probably need a reverse merger to reduce the share count, increase the stock price, and add some credibility to this issue. Of course this would have to happen once WOTD is up and running and turning a nice profit...
