Okay, there's nothing wrong with a little break, that okay, we all do that, it's important to take a break here and there, so now let's get back into the groove...

Welcome back!!!

Think of grains and breads as poison, that would help big time, I hardly ever have them except maybe once a month as a weekend treat...

2018-04-02 @ 237-pounds . . . went off this past weekend, but had a good enough week to end down a little.
BUT, I am now focused on April.
I have my annual physical on May-3 . . .

so i will use this opportunity to give myself a short-term, achievable goal.
NO grains, starches, etc until May-3 after the physical.
It is a month of a grind, but with a light at the end.
I'll also get to see for sure how grains, starches affect my weight and blood lipids.
I have years of my blood-lipid records and they are pretty constant in their badness.
I would expect them to be much better without grains/starches ... only eating fats and protein and vegetable carbs.
Also, the weight loss feels good.
So . . that is my goal and I am sticking to it.
