Yes, the pubs increased defense spending by 100 billion and cut taxes on the rich by 100 billion which went to the rich and as a pass through authority for the military industrial complex, and then connected it to the downfall of the Soviet Union. Their usual "post hoc ergo propter hoc" bullshit they engage in constantly to defend their policies. And Trump has taken it to a whole new level.
