It is also true, that given the small number of kids that are home schooled. the parental abuse problems and violence of home schooled kids is staggering- statistically speaking. But it makes sense- if you have a super odd child or are a super weird family, and you don't want authorities looking at you, of course you home school. Molest your kiddies and don't want to get caught? Home school. Have a child who is really aggressive and would be diverted to an intervention class for the behaviorally disturbed- but you don't want "help"? Home school. Want to lock your kids up in shackles and not get caught? Home school. Want to teach your kids the Earth was created in 7 days just a few thousand years ago? Home school.
