How do you think fatal genetic diseases are passed down? Those don't die out, you know. They're carried along by heterozygous individuals. Frequently, as in the case of Sickle cell- the mutation is beneficial. Go homozygous and it can kill. But it's carried along anyway. But that's a simple mutation. The genetic determiners for gayness look to be dispersed- varied. And, of course, in the past gay men have reproduced- they still are. Forced into marriages they can fuck a woman- they just have to (probably) imagine she's a he. Gay men aren't sterile, you know, they just prefer men and their fantasies are male focused. Most people (whether they will admit it or not) are on a continuum and have some hetero and some homosexual fantasies.

I'm not sure why that all freaks the right out so much or why the right hates gays, but it's quite clear they do. Odd though. Historically weird conservative control freaks always have it in for gay people. Hitler didn't like them, for example. Killed a lot of them. If gayness really were easily controllable, you'd think fear of death would make people hide it completely. But sex is a strong drive. Luckily cute and cuddly lesbians fare better than men who are gay. Probably because the patriarchy fancies it's lesbo fantasies...
