Thanks its a good link. If diamonds are marketed by a cartel then whats the difference in price, its what they want it to be. Would there be lower prices if there was deflation; would that mean more people will buy diamonds. LOast year I was trying to sell a 1.75ct ring and the insured valuation was $95k CDN. Now if there is a depression who is going to purchase my ring? I will hold on to it and give it my daughter. (unless I was in debt and had to fire sale my assets) What a trap the Asians go into. Regards
