Doc, know anything about this issue that was posted on MF message board? I don't remember it coming up over here. Anyone?

" Are you aware that there is a US Patent covering Electronic & Hardcopy Bill Presentment and that
CKFR doesn't own or license it? In fact its currently not licensed even through the Patent owner is
trying.

I believe that lawsuits are going to be filed in the not to distant future.

The Patent is #5,655,089.

The Patent owner also has a copyright on the Consolidated billing format used or about to be used
by all major players in the market."

Well doc between INTU/XCIT --- Checkfree....even though the chart isn't there...and looks sick I'm going to buy some more tomorrow.

What the hell....Its' the only one of the three that isn't up over 50% since Thanksgiving.

It's either headed for the teens...or people took their profits after the first of the year to delay paying taxes on their trades until next.

IS MICROSOFT COMPETTITION? WHAT DO YOU THINK?

.......the sell-off in ckfr happened after the announcement that msft is going to bed with the cable guys big time (with sunw as a menage a trois). i think that investors are betting that msft will run around ckfr and scoop up the bill pay business.

......can they get around ckfr's exclusive contracts?
