Well, you gotta love a company that can just print money. To the tune of $250 million. <G> Again, from today's filing:

As of December 31, 1997, the Company had outstanding 44,950,083 shares of Common Stock, and options to purchase a total of approximately 11,576,213 shares of the Company's Common Stock under the Company's stock option plans.

My reading is the options can come from new shares issued or repurchased shares. With the options included, market cap approaching $3.8 billion.

I agree that it's big. Do you know anything about the browser they will be using? This is an important base of stability for Yahoo!'s future to fight off Netscape, AT&T, Microsoft and AOL.
