So owning a gun is a right but access to health care is not.

You have a right to not be abused, but not a right to have things handed to you. You have a right to free speech, meaning you have a right not to be forcibly censored, but the New York Times doesn't have to give you their front page to make any statement you want.

You have a (natural/human) right to defend yourself (and a constitutional right to keep and bear arms but that's not the issue I'm raising here) You don't have a right to demand that other people arm you.

Similarly you have a right to take care of your medical problems, or to pay other people to take care of them, or to ask other people to take care of the problems or pay for a third party to take care of the problems. You don't have a natural right to force others to treat you or even to pay for your treatment.
