If you have been run over by a semi truck and show up at the hospital and they see your vote for Trump hat and decide not to treat you? I think you do have a right to care. You can continue arguing about it if you want, but realistically what I describe above will never happen because that is just not how America thinks or operates. Try your argument on the general public and see how much support you get for it.
