USNU filed an NT-10K in 2013 and they were 17 days late on filing. I'm pretty confident they will have the filing up soon - bwdik?

Re BGS - I think there is a much higher risk that the fundamentals become unglued in this sector and the stretched balance sheet could create additional gravity. I think the stock is much higher risk than BP.

D has a problem because their midstream vehicle DM has fallen so much that further drop downs wouldn’t be accreditive to D an more. I think their plan was to drop most of their pipeline and midstream assets in DM and creating value via the cash funneled back, while keeping the IDRs. That’s now a distant dream. DM really started to fall when the FERC changed the rule on the allowances for income taxes for thr ROE for MLPs. This basically makes FERC regulated assets (which covers most of D’s midstream assets) unsuitable for MLPs as it is. I think D will have to issue more equity instead of relying on DM for financing going forward.

I'm in for a little more BGS too now.

Cheap stock on many metrics.
