"It will be up to AE’s lawyer to prove that he was removed without proper grounds." Tim, that is not correct. If he is terminated the company has the burden of proof. And quite frankly just doing a poor job is not good enough. I have no clue what inside info there is but when claiming that you fired someone for cause you better have VERY good evidence because it is VERY hard to do.

Who is to say that AE or the BOD have not been working on something to progress the project?Can the grade 5 student prove in court that they have not been doing the proper steps to making it a go? When I was working for a company there was information that we couldn't share or make public until everything was finalized... I would imagine most of you wanna bees will be put in your place soon... Easy for one to yap not knowing there head from there a$$
