Canrad thank you for sharing your thoughts. You will notice that there is a degree of pent up frustration towards our current management. I would hope that our board would stay above board.

There is always a possibility that there are deals in the works and I agree with you that these things take time however I want you to consider two reasons why I am sure this isn't so:

#1 Management has promised or alluded to deals for the last 4 years. If not one deal can be struck in that time that brings finances into ZEN, no shareholder should expect a deal to emerge in the next few months with our current management. Management will have felt a sense of urgency to close deals for at least the last year as finances have dwindled and we are now at a point of crisis.

#2 If there is a deal that is close and in development with a major player who is very pleased with the progress that they are making with the ZEN team they would likely be willing to either brake the silence or at the very least provide an infusion of cash to ensure that their deal would not fall apart.

So either ZEN management has no deals in the hopper or they are so minor that current enterprises don't have any urgency to close them or provide their support.
