"" Welcome to the Zenyatta Shareholder's Board

This board will be for information and due diligence on the company.

This board is to be used solely for and by the ZEN shareholders.

Anyone perceived by the moderator to be attacking or discrediting the company or it's management will be banned from the conversation.""

I respectfully disagree with the intent of the tone in your reply to Canrad. By allowing and condoning the type of posting this site has subjected to recently really does the CG ( concerned group ) no good. In reality, these "hotheads" are not helping the cause. They in turn show no effort to follow the spirit of the rules that Glorieux wrote himself. He began this BB to free us from the type of "bullying" some are presently promoting. Are we condoning bad behaviour simply to massage our uncontrolled pent up frustration? It is harming the cause of the CG in my opinion. Any sensible person who we wish to persuade to support the CG is being undermined. You cannot and will not win them over with this type of policy. Read one inappropriate heated comment and we have lost them. If they cannot hold themselves to civil conversation, they should be banned.
Enough said!

Now to the real reason I am posting. Thank you Glorieux for your excellent post earlier this morning. You presented the facts taking the "high Road". You did receive a mild rebuke and so far, you have received it without "popping" off. I found no fault with what you wrote and you answered the question with facts. You did ask a question and left the answer open. The question was important and so was your intent on not attempting to answer it. You may have had an opinion but did you have proof to support that opinion. Maybe, but you did not offer it.

This is the Glorieux I learned to know over the last 15 years or so from several other attempts to discover a hidden gem like Zenyatta. It is not my intention to single you out as the only " wise one " because there have been several others. Quite a few of them, I suspect, are working with you behind the scenes. I believe you have come together and have a very competent group. You are tackling a tough job to oust a group who are well entrenched. I think these efforts seldom succeed, but your group has a chance. Like some have expressed this morning, I want to see something about how your group plans to finance Zenyatta into production. I have read hints that this is in the plan your group plans to present. My other concern is time to market for graphene. Until product is in demand on an assembly line, we have no sales to speak of. It is a curse to the present BOD but will benefit us. Once your effort is successful, you will need time to settle things down and get a handle on things. The more good people at Zenyatta who will remain, the easier to get up and running.

My position on all this might be an unique one. I'd like to see your group succeed simply because the incumbents have had their chance. I will not agree they have failed with Zenyatta. They have failed, in my view, with not taking the concerns the CG group presented to them and fairly discussed them with you. The omission of information to create an unclear picture does not bode well for them, nor shareholders. That being stated, I am confident either group can bring Zenyatta to a successful conclusion. When I have more facts this may change. But I need facts, I will not be moved by anyone slinging " mud ". It's unbecoming and everyone just ends up dirty. Stay on the high road and I think this time the CG can win.

Thanks, and best regards,
Liz

Deals or no deals, if deadlines made to shareholders that are not met don't the shareholders have a right to firstly know from Zenyatta that they will miss the deadline and secondly why it was missed. Not the silent treatment. They lose credibility that way. They may have something in the works but the silent treatment will not work. You cannot ignore the shareholders who are funding the company and expect them to trust or have confidence in the leadership
