I don't know if reg s people can actually "short" a .02 cent stock

but in my crude way of thinking, after the 41 days they
could start conversion and with that small amount of
stock in hand, begin slight and steady over supply
of the ask. this would tilt the price downward for
"healthier" future conversions and so on and so on.

Oddly enough it could always appear something like this
on our quote screens:

bid size 75 ask size 10

Yet the ask is really in greater supply!
This is because when they sell the 10, they
immediately offer another 10 for sale until
they are satisfied with the results.
In this case it looks like the price will go
up but the shock is - it goes down,
the misleading supply - demand ratio simply being a
function of the way the seller is monitoring
and making his sell order pops. You could say
a goal of his is to remain unnoticed as he effects the
price.

I have seen it happen and concluded this:
It allows him to win greater shares with the remainder
of his reg s holdings. During the time, bottom fishers
(perhaps you & I ) will become excited as we try to
calculate actual share value in what we hope to be
an unnaturally deflated situation, so that we might
catch "the ultimate deal" as this situation is about to dry up.

This behavior trend (after 41 days) is only in my head
though it seems to make sense to me. Most possibly,
I could use some correcting here! Please mention if you
think I'm wrong.
