Thank you for your informed and rational post Antlizzie. I concur with all that you are saying. I too, received a phone call from G regarding my position with respect to the upcoming vote. I informed him that I was sitting on the fence, looking for more information from the Concerned Group (CG). He welcomed my questions and filled in a lot of blanks to my satisfaction when he answered them. He was candid and I am convinced change is needed in the management and the CG has the expertise to make this happen. I will be working with the folks that I have recommended Zenyatta to over the next few weeks to vote the YELLOW proxy. We are where we are and cannot go back so I see no purpose in bashing the current management. If the vote is unsuccessful I will be praying that they have learned some valuable insights to their mis-steps of the past. If the vote is successful I am very excited about Zenyatta's prospects of moving ahead with a real strategic plan to monetize our unique graphite in this new and very disruptive field of commercial graphene. Raising the required funding is paramount to this happening and I believe the CG has the necessary connections to make this happen. Vote YELLOW. Regards, Priddis Brownie

Love reading your posts Miss,so cordial and insightful,and dead on when it comes to (A) our current company situation and (b) respecting everyone, especially those we disagree with. Had a chuckle on your musings re money,we have a east coast musician known as Minglewood who has a song lyric (Me and the Boys) that says "When you ain't got no money. You don't care where it went". I would disagree with that sentiment here however, because I do care that the bottom has completely dropped out of this SP and the leadership of my company appears to be complacent at the very least. I left my menial work at age 50 (3 years ago) to care for my ailing wife who is stricken with Multiple Sclerosis.We live off of investment income.Of course I am not naive about the risks of the markets, but I feel that the lack of any direction that the current BOD has is the primary reason we are in a tailspin.I appreciate your common sense explanation of things ,Thanks for your insights,have good day.
