Bill, you made a good point. The key here is PROFIT. Most pennies are not profitable, correct?

Bill, I think you're right! This is still the same scenario that I thought it would be originally.

We have a small acquisition initially... $3.5 Million!

I believe your numbers in post #1574 are reasonable.

What I find VERY positive is that CVIA could do the Reg S AND still have the available shares to complete the first acquisition... all within the 100M total shares authorized. To me, that was good news.

They may still have available shares left over, for all we know.
Any additional shares authorized are for ADDITIONAL Acquisitions. I can live with that.

I think today's news solidifies, in my mind anyway, that the direction CVIA is taking is very good. Just my opinions, of course.
