DVD Europe ..Philips really screwed that up, as you stated.
I think in recent weeks they have doubled back and may go AC-3 after all. They caught alot of heat for not going AC-3.

Divx encryption chip from VLSI won't be shipped outside the US the Justice Dept says....so at least everyone else (outside the US) won't have to deal with it. Message 3157209

Can you explain this comment:

Crossy - how're you doing? Hope you are still hanging in there. With LLTC, AMD and INTC are all above est, and even MOT who has come under but has survived with the forward looking game, the tech sector may have a reprieve. Not sure for how long though.
