Looking at Ron's chart:looks like we have not broken the osx uptrend but a close below around 85 would signal a breakdown of the uptrend and a very bearish signal,right?So if we can stay above that 85 level we are still in an uptrend and might be moving higher.Right or wrong?GD

Interesting that in your chart Ron, OSX just kept on chugging along regardless of the wild oil swings. Supports the point that the price of oil is not relevant (unless it goes into the tank) to the earning power of the service industry.

I am not familar with MTEL but it sounds like a nice story.The 'gap' I was looking at occurred at 19 1/4. The shadows filled it? I'll have to reread on gaps...Thanks.

My long terms outside this sector are all pm's(ABX #1).Also, swc. Big jump today reall confirming trend reversal(from what little I know!).

Back to oil.These next few days will be touchy...especiall tomorrow. I expect a renewed "short" attack.
