The whole population of Calif are free loaders. Money is so mismanaged it is pathetic. Then they cry because trump doesn't rob the rest of the country to fund the mindless most segment of the country. There is so more water available in California than farmers could use but the politicians and their dumb asses citizens are to brain dead to put the wheels in motion to do something for themselves. Just sit on their asses and whimper. So why should any one else. The whole southern part of the state and their elected officials are brain dead.
