The best predictor of future behaviour is to look at a persons past behaviour. So when I look at the 3 new board members and compare them to an individual who has pretty much run this company close to bankruptcy and then when is asked to a meeting acts like an emperor. Then we have a board member who is part of a company that has, if not mistaken, 500 plus million shares outstanding. I look at the past behaviour and see no good coming out of their future behaviour.

I look at the 3 members along with potentially having Mr. Richardson playing a larger role then I know where to send my votes. Sure they may make a mistake but where we are and what has happened is not an option.

NLWest, supposedly we’ve had a plethora of mining talent within Zen management and where has it gotten us up until now? What happens if in the last five years they’ve made a wrong choice (as you suggest)? The relationship between the current sp and the succession of decisions that management have made in the past has to be seen as accountable for our present situation. So hopefully you apply your logic of making a wrong choice to individuals who are responsible for all the wrong choices that have gotten us to this place, and less to those who you yourself acknowledge have not yet had the opportunity to make a wrong choice. And AE stumbled upon graphite, served us well in the beginning, but he by no means is a graphite expert, and we've moved on to being a graphene play, and this new emerging market is still not fully defined - so we are more in need of experienced business minds to compliment the mining background which right now too exclusively defines the BOD.

We respectfully need your vote as we do that of every shareholder (so please consider). The stauts quo is grinding us to an unfortunate end game that all of us hoped we’d never see. Give change a chance, represented by people who are passionate about Zen with their own skin in the game, not someone who has become lethargic because he comes out way ahead no matter the outcome.
