The decline at the start would be do to things in the past, not the changes currently enacted. There are time lags in almost everything like this. That is why I removed it. But as I said, put it back in. So what. ou don't quite link up with the furthest right point of data, instead connecting just before that BS, my two red lines somewhat extend past the original graph. I was just drawing roughly. The blue lines are pretty accurate at getting the actual final data points. The end of the blue line should be the end of the red as well. I never said anything about what causes any of this. I was simply pointing out that per the graph supplied, your original comments were horseshit. Which they still remain.
