The end of most cancer is near but it has nothing to do with AI. Immunotherapy is getting close. If you can find a copy of the book “The Transformed Cell” by Rosenberg from the early 90s it gives a great account of the early battles with immunotherapy. I happen to be in Houston today and it has been a pretty big story with MD Anderson that immunotherapy should now be standard therapy for lung cancers even if you’re already on chemo or some other protocol.

I do believe most cancers will be controlled with it in the lifetimes of some of those alive today. It is moving fast.

AI will have a roll in medicine someday but AI barely exists as of now. It is mostly hype. Ten years from now it will be something.
