Kim is out to leverage all the money he can out of Donald. After all, he saw how much Iran got.

As far as I know, Iran got back mostly their own money, that was previously frozen under sanctions. If NK gets money and more technology in return for more promises, this would begin to look a lot like the old Bill Clinton's / Jimmy Carter's "deal".

NK may ask for a peace treaty - and for the removal of US troops. If that's what South Korea and Japan want, I'd have no problems with it.

If it gets all the nucs verifiably destroyed I could care less what they pay him. It was this pay pay pay and get nothing in return which we've been doing for decades that was so infuriating.
