First of all, I cant believe there is so much hand wringing on this thread over the daily price fluctuations of a penny stock.

I think of myself as pragmatic, and yes I am long, but not with any large amount until both the financials and the Myriad question are solved. I wonder how so many people here are "in this baby for the long run" & then post a few times a day "I cant believe its still going down.. why cant anyone see what a value it is?" What is long term for you? 2 weeks? Sorry to sound harsh but why post such complaints if you are in it for the long run.. who cares what it does this week or tommorow if you are?

Secondly, I want to throw out a hypothesis and see what people have to say about it. Lets say AUDITED finacials do come out and they are fine and dandy and lets say FAMH is to make .12 for the year. Ok this is for a $10 company.. yet they are buying a company 6x its size. So what do the financials mean until we see the financials for Myriad? Seriously folks think about it. 10 Million vs 60 Million. Myriad will account for 60 of 70 Mil (THATS 86%!!) of the future Firamada/Myriad co. Doesnt that concern anyone? That you DONT KNOW A THING about 86% of your future company? It concerns the heck out of me.. especially since its all hush hush.

The posters the past few days did a good job referring us to other companies press releases who state HOW they will aquire. I realize buying out a private company.. until all the "I"s are dotted should be hush hush, BUT FIRAMADA is public and should INFORM US HOW THE HECK they are going do pull this stunt off.. BE SPECIFIC! What percentage is stock? What percentage is cash? Why dont you guys release a press release that tells us how you are going to finance the majority of the future Myriad/Firamada co.?? Whoever is faxing questions to Ira please state/ask that.

As for financials.. lets say in 2 weeks they say we made .14 cents for 1997.. what if Myriad on a per share basis lost -.60. Then what? We wont know that we have a company that is (+.14 & -.60) earning -.46. Thats why Im confused by everyones clinging to the HOLY GRAIL of financials and not asking about Myriad. I would of been much happier as a $15 million company opening 2-3 new office a year, sticking to high tech/permanent placement/etc and making money. Now with this aquisisition you have increased risk 50x.. it doesnt make sense.

It worries me they use SI information for their investor packet.. and dont blame it on solely on the PR firm. Dont you think IRA and higher management had to apprive the investor packet?

It worries me that it takes a guy off the street to mention to management that hey.. it would be a good idea to actually recruit IT workers. Where is corporate vision? This is obvious to me, and I dont work anywhere near staffing.. especially with Year 2000 problem.. its a goldmine. But it takes a person off the street (no offense) for this idea to pop into someones head? Thats strange to me.

Just My opinions and yes Im long not short...
