I agree for the most part. #1 Tax issues can be avoided using IRAs and ROTHs so IF THE SYSTEM WORKS then you could take advantage without tax consequences. #2 It has a similar easy to understand and follow method of when to get back in. There is enough info on the few links I provided to do it all yourself without having to pay anyone. #3 I believe the system under performs a bit, especially after taxes but it probably has significantly less risk due to being in cash for a good part of each year. I don't follow it but I sure like to know when there are selling and buying "events" so I can consider being on the other side of the trades.
