HG,

I have heard of a vehicle ,of which I know little, where the company
can issue stock overseas with little or no waiting period in order
to get cash. If this has happen , then that would explain the cheap
stock. I don't think the Myraid deal could possibly be impacting
yet for they have not decided the price. Your points are important
and need to be addressed by those on this thread that are astute
in this area. Until that stock is gone that someone is willing
to sell for a 20 to 30% gain in face of news that will be released
in a couple weeks that could double the stocks price, we have a
screwed up market. I hope some MM are posting. Maybe they are willing
to explain where the cheap stock is coming from. Peace, Lucky

Hi HG! I think the recent trading activity is the result of some shareholders getting "scared out of their shares," and AW focusing on another stock.

I talked to Ira late today to see what was going on. He emphasized that he DOES HAVE the money for the acquisition already (as he stated before).

He said they still plan on closing the large acquisition deal shortly and he still plans on having the audited financials done by Feb 1. He said they are working feverishly to get all the auditing done on Myriad and for the 10K.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Brad

On thing we should all keep in mind... the stock was trading at this
level and we felt it was undervalued BEFORE the aquisition was even
on the table... how much more should the company be worth now?

I do agree with some of the critics though that I would like to see
the actual information on the financing before I get too excited about
it, but even if the aquisition never happened, I still think this is
a good buy.
