Not to give ANY credit to Dirks where none may be due, but IF I believed that I was stiffed by a company that I had been enamored of, I sure would look at management and the way they conducted all aspects of their business in a different light - and might see things that I had been blind to previously. Look at his comments and draw your own conclusions, without reference to the probably biased source.

The Pri: I am aware of Zack's recommendations and Dirks bearish view on the stock based on the dispute. My opinion is based only on the short-term and I still view Conseco's future extremely bright. Regards, Adam
