It's hard to remember back that far but Ascend can also be volatile on the upside. Any interested company has to be considering the fact that investor sentiment is again changing. A $40 takeout looks less attactive to me than it did a few weeks back. I think the price should go up about 10 bucks. He who hesitates may have to pay more.
