I really like the avocado oil we picked up... we still have a good amount of extra virgin olive oil on hand, but I think both have its place depending on what we would use it for... for cooking lighter foods like eggs I would want to use the avocado oil... but for sauteing onions or something with a strong flavor I would probably go with the olive oil since it would also add another dimension of flavor to the dish...
