Maybe this is about Paleo, but ...

Carbs and glucose do matter for diabetes.

Also glucose spiking is bad.

People that are diabetic or pre-diabetic should pay attention to their carb and sugar intake.

Diabetes is a dangerous condition.

One thing for sure with my Type 1 wife is that her allergies, since mixing local, right-out-of-the-hive honey in her tea are almost non-existent. Does that fall under the "a little bit of the hair of the dog that bit ya'' rule?
