I don't know why they came back for the second traunch if the first hadn't been spent.

Just telling you what I read. We don't know the total amounts but at a minimum it was close to a million and it was likely closer to two. But no telling what the campaign would have been willing to pay and they certainly had the money, so we really don't know how much HRC, DNC and the Citizens United corporations actually spent.
