I'm not Bob, but...
Hi Bob, Any idea if this price increase in oil will hold up long term?
Cramer just said Trump religiously watches the show and he is urging him to release SPR and/or call Saudi Arabia to increase production by 1M barrels a day to make up for Iran at $65 to keep oil from hitting $70.

Gasoline in Taxifornia is already over $4/gallon for the premium many of our turbo engines require to get our cleaner air....

"We" also voted to tax ourselves an extra 12¢ a gallon to fix roads as too much of our money is going to repay bribes for votes, ie pensions from severely under funded pension funds. There could be trouble for the democrats as there is a proposition to repeal this in the June election.

Many are upset with that plus billions spent on a high speed rail from the Bay Area to S. Cal where many of us don't go there to begin with and would rather see the $ spent fixing roads, finding a solution to the cities being overrun by bums pooping on the streets and such.... I actually don't mind drivers paying to fix roads even though I have two vehicles heavily taxed that I don't drive much.... but I'm pissed off the subsidized electric cars don't pay anything and will only have to pay a small $100 a year in a few years.

So.... it will be quite interesting to see if there is any blow back.
N. Korea???? Could it be that N. Korea did not have the delivery system for nuclear weapons. What they have is essentially bottle rockets.....What negotiating power do they have with the US? Not much that I can tell.

N. Korea has a collapsed mountain that MAY be leaking radiation from tests that is blowing into China. My guess is what China says to NK has more to do with what they do than anything we do. Given our pressure on China, Trump may give them some tariff relief if they help denuk NK.

Hi jerome,

Oil in texas is becoming more productive - the march of technology.

Permian may be the biggest oil field ever - it goes down into 3-4 layers of oil and shale.

Bad news pipelines are at max and = bottleneck.

Supply constrained equals solid pricing.

Nigeria down and venezuela down while demand rises.

Saudi's like it and are probably holding back supply for bigger money for the largest IPO in history - lots on the table.

Should be - they must spend a lot for our superior weapon systems.

Houston is booming - real estate booming - up 25 % in the last 2 years!

Bob
