Thank you for your unkind response. As I noted, I didn't understand the process entirely, which is why I asked for your help.

I own FAMH stock. I need a doctor.

All right, so only 2 million shares were sold. I thought I would have to revise the question, so here it is, in revised form. Assuming the first half financials are right...where's the missing $2 million?

Cheryl, I apologize if this is a stupid question. If only 2 million shares were sold in the spring, where is all the selling coming from? How many 504 shares were issued in the fall? Thanks, a lurker with shares.
