I find it challenging to eat less than 100 grams of protein a day.
Just have some chicken breast, steak, eggs, bacon, and cheese .. along with your greens.
So healthy with vitamins, minerals, and complete protein.

just eat moderate portions of protein, salads, veggies, nuts, cheese

avoid grains, sugar, artificial sweeteners, fast food, things that come in a bag or a box (processed foods)
