fresh costs more?
where do you live?

100% of our fresh vegetables and fruit
have to be shipped in by truck and then
by ferry. yes, they cost more but there is
no option. canned to me is not an option.
frozen is the next best to fresh.

the only canned vegetable i use are tomatoes
when i make cabbage soup.

don't quit the salt . . very important to have .. and make sure it has iodide added.
salt plays an important part in your cardio system .. make sure you have enough magnesium as well.
sodium and magnesium go together for a healthy heart.
missing magnesium makes it seem like salt is bad for you.
