WOW ROO with an incredible insight. This is really getting to be a thriller in manilla. Hey guys isnt this great.............. We have so many possibilities soooo many variables and soooo many unanswered questions... Although as a stockholder you want up to the minute data, I find this to be better than the movie Titanic. Only I dont know how this one ends!!!!!!!!!! YET.

PS I do feel as though some people in here are standing at the wrong bus stop. This bus is going to FAMH. Put you quarter in and lets go for a ride, otherwise shhhh. There are ways to word objective questions discretely. I second the spell check option for SI

A company with 60M in assets can achieve a public identity rather quicky. Although it would be faster using a merger, it would also be much more exspensive, unless they where thinking of buying FAMH anyway to rid the competition then it would be a win win situation. Of course you have to consider IRA and Arif are they willing to be employees? Just thinking outloud. PS Sorry about the spell check comment it was directed at EUTO thread

Hi ROO! Good question, but I think the Myriad deal is just a straight acquisition. I haven't seen or heard anything to indicate otherwise.

Best wishes,
Brad

Roo-- Id like to preface this by saying I appreciate your post because it shows some thinking, but re: the reverse merger theory or whatever.

None of us have a clue how the aquisition is going to go down until the facts are released, and since 95% of these mergers are done along "standard" lines vs a "reverse merger" lets not get into wild speculation about such a thing. I know you just brought up the topic to spark talk about it, but we seem to have enough issues with this company as it is to argue/converse about.. so can we stick to things that are highly probable and "normal" vs discussing things that happen in 2% of cases? Im not posting this just at you, so please dont take it personally. But I think the mentality is for some people if there is no hot topic to discuss on the board, we need to bring up a new possibility to discuss..however farfetched. With this company we have enough dangling unkowns to try to uncover and to be honest NO one here knows the terms of the merger so no need to wildly speculate. Same goes for someone who asked about earnings guesses. WHO THE HECK KNOWS? We cant even figure out if they are making $8 Mil or $10 Mil because both figures have been thrown out by the company. How can we guess EPS? We dont have audited numbers. How can we guess EPS? We dont know if they are taking any charges for Myriad, etc etc. If I guess .10 and John guesses .18 and Little Engine guesses -.04, who cares? We dont know.. I dont know how our random shots in the dark can somehow calm you? If this were Microsoft or something maybe I would understand but who knew Oracle would miss estimates by 40% or things like that? Bottom line: Lets stick to things we can dig up vs just wild speculation.

Maybe its just me and Im doing the male version of PMS but everyone here is guessing on any issues relating to earnings or the merger and until we here info from the co. we are just sitting here blind. We dont need to post just for the sake of posting. Post if you have info or a question re: highly probably outcomes.. not shots in the dark.

Ok go ahead and flame... =)
